 Dr. Diego Sánchez-Ancochea -University Lecturer in the Political Economy of Latin America

Center for Latin American studies (CLAS) within Faculty of Economics has the honor to welcome  Dr Diego Sánchez-Ancochea from the University of Oxford who will give us a seminar about  Economic policy and social systems in Latin America (seminar code 5RE456)

Seminar will take place from Monday, 24 October  to Wednesday, November 2 at Room NB350 so if you want to participate, please register via ISIS.

Dr. Diego Sánchez-Ancochea´s  research interests concentrate on state-society relations, income distribution and the impacts of outsourcing, with especial attention to small Latin American countries like Costa Rica and the Dominican Republic. He wrote several excellent books on the subject of which for example The political economy of the public budget in the Americas and The political economy of hemispheric integration
